Bio: perhaps the best part about Zack's game is how far he'll go to win a game. He's a true player, and wants nothing more than to go out and play, and do well in the process. He has high hopes and expectations for the upcoming season, and is the most optimistic about the team. Since 2006 he's been playing infield for Conant, mostly second base alongside Steve Record. When Record moves to the mound this season, Zack will shift over to short, and if Steve Kottke moves away from third base, Zack's the best option to play there also. While his average wasn't through the roof in 2007, his on-base percentage was. He's the perfect number two hitter, with the combination of getting on base a lot, speed, and smart baserunning.
